Residential Fire, Security & CCTV Outbound Sales Representative

We’re growing fast and looking for a high-energy, motivated, and competitive sales professional with a flexible, can-do attitude to help new residential customers protect their homes with industry-leading fire, security, and CCTV solutions.

What You’ll Do

• Make outbound calls to warm leads and new potential customers
• Educate homeowners on fire, intrusion, smart security, and CCTV options
• Design custom residential protection packages
• Build rapport and schedule in-home consultations
• Follow up, close new business, and consistently hit (or exceed) goals
• Collaborate with installation teams to ensure a smooth customer experience

What We’re Looking For

• High-energy, self-motivated, competitive salesperson with a winning mindset
• A flexible, can-do attitude — you adapt, solve problems, and keep moving forward
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable making outbound calls and generating new business
• Goal-driven with the ability to work independently
• Experience in alarm, CCTV, home tech, or residential sales is a plus (not required)
• Fast learner who can explain technology in a simple, confident way
