WHY DO I NEED AN ALARM SYSTEM?
If you ever talk to someone who was broken
into, they can answer this better than anyone. Walking in on a
burglary or living with the feeling of your space being violated
is reason enough for most people.

most alarms which eliminates human error alarms. We have

HOW OFTEN SHOULD I TEST MY ALARM SYSTEM?
We recommend testing every month or
two. If you aren't sure how to test, call us.
WHAT DO I DO IF I ACCIDENTALLY TRIP MY SYSTEM?
Disarm the system with your code
and then have your password ready when we call. If your system
is not set up for us to call and verify, please call us at
1-800-639-2066 and give the operator your name and password.
HOW DO I PROTECT MY SMOKE DETECTORS FROM FALSING DURING
CONSTRUCTION?
If you are doing any work that
creates dust like sheetrock sanding, spray painting, sawing
etc., you must cover your smoke detectors with a plastic bag
while working. Be sure to uncover them when there is no longer
dust in the air.
HOW LONG WILL THE SYSTEM BATTERY LAST?
Approximately 4-5 years. The date
installed should be written on the battery.
